Supervisor Vacancy Guildford Station

Pay Supervisor- £6.50 Probationary - £6.65 on confirmation.
Must be able to work 5 days from Monday – Sunday and be available from 5.30am earliest, to 10pm at the latest as per shift requirements.

The candidate must have:
Experience in retail / catering environment
Good command over English
Positive attitude even when under pressure
Able to work flexibly as per needs of the business

Duties will include:
Leading the team to deliver excellent customer service.
Encouraging the team to achieve goals through leading by example.
Following all company procedures relating to legal requirements.
Ensuring company cash, till handling and security procedures are carried out.
Implementing cost controls, e.g portion control, waste, stock.
Prioritising time effectively even when under pressure.
Organising the team to ensure tasks are completed within timescale to standard.
Promote company promotions to increase revenue, brand leadership and integrity.
