Employer Engagement Consultant – Surrey & Sussex £21,000 - £24,000 depending on experience + performance related bonuses paid quarterly & excellent benefits.

Due to a contract win our client is seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants for the Surrey & Sussex area. Working for a nationwide, successful training company who main aim is to help the unemployed from 18 years old and upwards, as an employer engagement consultant you will be representing candidates who are unemployed. Your goal is to find voluntary work placements and permanent employment. The role will initially be based in their offices in Crawley.
Our client is looking for someone who has an outgoing personality, who believes in their abilities and can communicate with people across all levels. You will be visiting potential employers and will concentrate on developing new business relationships, as well as managing existing relationships. This is an interesting and varied role where time management is essential.

The starting salary is between £21,000 and £24,000 depending on experience plus pension, healthcare and other benefits.

Ideally you will have been in the same or similar post for 12 months+ or have strong recruitment or sales background where you are selling to businesses over the telephone and by meeting with them. You must also be a true people person and have the use of a car.
