Urgently required Sous Chef for Café / Restaurant in West Sussex.

The restaurant is a modern and stylish establishment which has recently been renovated and is looking for a Sous Chef to help them develop the business and gain there first rosette in the near future.

You will be an experienced chef with rosette experience. You will be a hard worker and demand high standards. You will enjoy working as part of a team and like to pass your knowledge on to others.

They also require a CDP who is looking to learn.
