Part Time Crèche Supervisor
Esporta have created a great fitness experience for all the family. Our passion is shown in the way we provide fun and stimulating activities for our youngest members.
The crèche supervisor oversees the opening, closing and general running of the in-house crèche. The supervisor is also responsible for developing new play opportunities for the children and ensuring first class fun is had by all, whilst also checking that all company operational, safety and hygiene requirements are met
Key skills for this role will include:
• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare & Education or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with children aged 0-5.
• GCSE in Maths and English.
• Enjoy working with children and physical activity.
• Self starter, open minded willing to try new ideas.
• Desire to drive change, high energy.
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic statistical knowledge.
• An awareness of OSTED and its requirements.
