Our Surrey based client is currently looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team. They are a leading RSL providing quality homes for rent and shared ownership.

Person Specification
Our client is looking for a Building Surveyor for a temporary 2 month contract with the potential to go permanent.

You will need to hold at least 4 years experience, hold a UK full driving licence and have your own car.

The role will entail:

•The overall responsibility of the Major Work’s delivery team as well as cyclical and day to day maintenance

•Responsibility for all planned and improvement works, maintaining and updating stock condition surveys, the asbestos register and updating the Health and Safety file.

•Preparation of all estimates for works and submission of budget proposals for projects

•The undertaking of general building surveying duties including building surveys, stock condition, right to buys, purchased property, measured surveys and party wall matters.
