At the moment there is a major demand for trainee mortgage advisors due to the gap in the mortgage industry. If you have a desire to work in the financial sector and start as a trainee mortgage advisor with the starting basic salary of 21K+ commission & further your career as a Mortgage advisor after completion of your training then you’re in luck. Upon completion of your 6 – 8 months of training you are then able to command a higher basic salary which is usually around 25K + your commission and your benefits. We are looking for people that contain qualities such as communication skills, determination, ambition and the will to succeed.
Candidates who apply must have a passion to get into the mortgage industry.

KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Provisions of high level of customer care
- To ensure that all appointments are in accordance with company policy and procedure
- Maintain levels of product knowledge, legislation and selling in accordance with FSA

REQUIREMENTS:
- You will be required to deal with people from all walks of life.
- Must be articulate, confident and have excellent communication skills
- Team player
- CeMap
- Proven track record in Sales would be to your advantage.
- Adhere to FSA Regulations

SALARY:
Basic £21 000
Realistic OTE up to £30,000
