Nursery Manager

This private nursery, based in a beautiful part of Surrey, is seeking to employ a Nursery Nurse to manage 2 nursery sites in Walton-on-Thames.
The key responsibility of the nursery manager is to manage the provision of the nursery ensuring that children, parents and the staff team work together to provide childcare of a high quality. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the financial and administerial operations within the nursery, by meeting financial targets and ensuring maximum utilisation by managing the occupancy as well.
The nursery manager will manage staff effectively, and motivate and encourage staff development on both sites. You will also agree and set nursery goals and monitor the achievement of progress against these targets, and monitor and assess the quality of provision ensuring policies and procedures, best practice, and standards are maintained.
