Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant / Developers / Project Managers - MS Dynamics CRM v4.0

Great opportunity working for one of the fastest growing MS Gold Partners; the Lead Analyst is responsible for working with the Business Owners to elicit, analyse, validate, specify, verify, and manage the real needs of the stakeholders and end users. A Business Analyst is the conduit between the user community and the software development team through which the business requirements flow.

Experience required:

CRM packaged application implementation
In-depth understanding of Sales, Marketing and Customer service functions
Understanding of end-user adoption problems and solutions
Understanding of sales management functions, such as opportunity management, sales forecasting
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Experience of workflow design
Excellent customer facing skills, including presentation, group facilitate, workshop design
Excellent written and oral skills - White paper authoring or contribution experience.

Useful experience:

Cross vertical experience
Unit testing and end-user / acceptance testing facilitation
Customer documentation experience (End-user, sys admin, management) / Team leader / PM experience
Experience of Microsoft CRM

Technical Experience:

Package application configuration experience
Past development experience useful
CRM application technical concepts, CTI/ telephony, Mobile applications, self-service, application integration, analytics & BI.
