Hi, we are looking for a third housemate to replace me as I have to move out!

The room available is double, fully furnished, in a very modern house, (also recently refurbished). House consists of:

- 1 bathroom
- 1 shower room (so two toilets)
- lounge
- kitchen/diner
- Garden (inc. decked patio area)
- garage (tumble dryer etc kept in there).
- ample parking outside (free).
- 1 mile from local train station, supermarkets, banks, hairdressers etc.
- 2.5 miles from main town centre (pubs,clubs, shopping centre) and second train station.
- literally 2 min walk from the hospital so would be ideal for students nurses/doctors etc.

Bills include:
- Water
-Electricity
- Gas
- Council tax
- Landline phone (evenings and weekends ONLY)
- Internet
- Cable tv

You will be living with:
- Olly 25, professional.
- Olly, 27, professional.
(yes they are both called Olly lol)

They work long hours so appreciate a laidback and considerate household! They are very easy to get on with and are looking for someone like minded, who is not cleaning shy ;)
