Our client, an international organisation based South of London is currently recruiting a Bilingual PA for two Directors.
The position is varied and interesting and involves normal secretarial duties, ie, correspondence in English and French, telephone screening and liaison, organising meetings, travel arrangements (UK and overseas) presentations on power-point. he also requires basic accounting skills to handle expenses and some knowledge of logistics would be an advantage.
Requirements
" Fluency in English and French
" Strong MS office skills and ability to do power-point presentations
" Experience of working at Executive /Director level is essential
" Ability to use own initiative and work independently
" Flexible outlook
" Good communication and organisational skills
