Hi! Our housemate is moving in with her boyfriend in the next couple of months so we're looking for a new housemate!

The room is rented as an unfurnished large double but there are currently 2 double wardrobes in the the room that can stay. The house is semi-detached with a back garden and is in a nice area. The Merrow Downs are at the end of the road and you can walk to Guildford High St. in 15-20 mins, or the bus stop is at the end of our road with buses heading into town, the uni and the hospital.

We are two young professionals (not a couple!) in our late twenties/early thirties (working in marketing and in IT) and looking for another young professional (preferably female) about the same age who is friendly, clean and tidy.

We're both sociable, go out at the weekends and occasionally during the week. Interests include going to watch local bands/live music, going to the gym/dance classes, travelling, languages, cooking, wine, etc.

The bills are not inc. but the average monthly cost all in for rent, c. tax & bills is about £490. We have Sky TV & Wireless Broadband. Parking is on the road outside but you do not require a permit. Deposit is just under £500. Contract works on a 6 month then month-by-month basis.
