Assistant Restaurant Bar Manager Live in Avaliable
Brand new pub requires a young and experienced assistant manager to help run the front of house operation.
The pub aims to become a destination pub and provide good quality food with superb service for the customers. They need someone who can help with the training and development of the front of house team and be the public face or the bar.
You will have strong bar experience, and preferably be a personal license holder already. You will have experience of cellar management and be able to run, train and motivate a team below you. You will need to be outgoing and a real people person.
In return the pub will be able to offer you up to £18,000 per year with the possibility of live in accommodation as well. Bonuses can also be put in place after the initial trial period.
