We are looking for COVER SUPERVISORS.

Working as a Cover Supervisor can be demanding but also very rewarding.

Supervising work that has been set by the class Teacher
Working closely with with pupils to help with learning
Keeping the class focused on their tasks

Managing the behaviour of the class according to the school behaviour policy
Leaving detailed notes for the regular class teacher / head of department

We are looking for confident, capable people with a passion for children’s education. You must have the ability to listen as well as speak, work on your own initiative and have a firm but fair approach to classroom management / discipline. (most schools operate a behavioural policy) develop and maintain positive relations with members of the schools teaching staff.

All Cover Supervisors will have to undergo an Enhanced CRB and be reference checked.

We will have work on a day to day basis as well as some long term roles.
