The room available is a large double which comes fully furnished with bed, desk, and built in wardrobe. As can be seen from the pictures the house has a cosy living room, modern kitchen, lovely garden and also two toilets.

All bills are included in the £450 rent, which includes electricity, gas, water, wireless internet, cable TV in the living room and council tax (if applicable).

Currently there is a nice mixture of mature postgraduate students and professionals who are all clean, fun and most importantly friendly. Would definitely recommend viewing as it’s a very nice house.
