Do you require an English speaking, Professional Call Answering Agent and Virtual Assistant, to perform the following telephonic and email duties?:
* I will manage all your incoming telephone calls and queries in a professional and efficient manner – to insure your important calls are not missed and potential business is not lost;
* I will answer your calls professionally, in your business name;
* I will take accurate and concise messages – e.g. telephonic orders placed by customers and appointments booked telephonically by customers. All messages will immediately be relayed to you, or the relevant person/s, via email.
I operate from my professionally set-up office environment, complete with all the necessary electronic equipment, including - pc, email, 24 hour ADSL internet connection, fax, telephone, scanner, copier and Skype facility.
I have been self employed for many years and with all this experience, I fully understand what 'customer service' and 'professionalism' involves.
I have a strong work ethic, I am flexible, I am reliable, I am professional and I work well on my own initiative.
