In the fast-paced, highly sales-driven world of the Recruitment Consultant, each day provides new challenges and little time for boredom. You will need your wits about you from the moment you walk through the door in the morning until the end of the day. Hard and hectic, certainly, but a supportive environment and strong team culture makes each day productive - and lucrative! Of course you are expected to work hard but not without reward and recognition.
As well as building on a network of clients across the UK, Europe and beyond, you will possess the attitude to prospect opportunities in a competitive environment, using your business development skills.
You will be involved in the full recruitment process from initial prospecting via cold calling, networking and candidate marketing through to managing the applicant flow and making those placements.
The successful individual will be a team player, not only driven by an individual desire to succeed, both personally and financially but also by the desire to see your colleagues achieve their goals. In addition, you must be able to work autonomously, be self-motivated and ambitious. This role will NOT suit an individual looking for an easy ride, but the long-term career prospects will reward you for your efforts.
Based in East Croydon, the package will consist of a Generous Salary, Performance Bonus, Monthly Target-Based Incentive Scheme, Life Cover and Company Pension Scheme.
