This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, career focused Commis Chef to join a brigade of 20 within a newly refurbished state of the art kitchen under the supervision of a highly experienced and well recognised Michelin Starred Head Chef. The Head Chef at this hotel is always willing to train and guide the ideal Commis Chef who shows real passion and enthusiasm for their profession.

The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months experience in a 4/5 star and/or 2/3 rosette operation, be a strong team player, be highly self motivated and show a keen willingness to learn.
