Hi there Im looking for a furnished room.

I have a 3 year old daughter who comes to stay with me from friday night to monday lunchtime once every two weeks.

I am therefore looking for individuals who will be able to take that into consideration i.e watching their language and behaviour around the little one when she stays and being aware that although she is very good there are the very occasional times when she winges if tired(and then not for long!) and that on those three days she will be up and around between 7 and 9 am. A flatmate(s) who could deal with this once every two weeks would be great.

We also spend most of the daytime on those weekends visiting relatives, going to the park etc.

She is a cutie and very loving so i'm looking for people who love children and are not going to act like she doesn't exist when she says hello. I'm also very protective and watchful of her so no weirdo's please.

Apart from these requirements I am a very easygoing thoughtful and responsible individual always on time with payments. I am hoping to pay no more than 400 pcm inclusive of bills. I enjoy being reasonably socially active aside of my daughters visits. If anyone else is looking for similar rent in Godalming or nearby and think they could deal with this then I am more than happy to team up in a flathunt....seems that two bed flats are much more reasonably priced than 1 beds.

I need to find somewhere by the 21st of september, due to my current flatmate leaving for university and our landlady (his mother) deciding she is going to rent out the house at a rate I will not be able to afford.
