Sous Chef
The ideal candidate will be flexible, enthusiastic, hard working, and reliable with a strong customer focus, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Some experience in a similar position would be of benefit, but is not essential, as training will be provided. A Basic Food Hygiene qualification or equivalent will also be advantageous.
General duties will include assisting the Head Chef preparing the kitchen and food, undertaking clean down procedures and maintaining legal hygiene standards in the kitchen. You will also be expected to manage the kitchen during Head Chef absences on quiet days.
£18,000 to £20,000 depending on experience + tips avg £2,000 .
