Senior Network Technician

Highly successful academy based in Surrey requires a senior network technician for an immediate start. This group of academies is highly successful and oversubscribed. It has an excellent ICT department, with some of the best facilities in the country. It is also supported by a team of knowledgeable, dedicated staff that have created and maintained these systems.

The role includes:
Responsible for delivering day to day support at each of the academies 3 sites.
Responding rapidly to end users problems and issues.
Maintaining the academies networks and equipment.
Installing, upgrading and repairing equipment, software and servers.
Purchasing equipment, completing budgets and ensuring best value practice is met.

Person requirements:
Strong knowledge of ICT systems and ideally current experience in an education environment.
Be working towards or have already obtain the MCSA qualification.
Be looking for a long term career, to work towards promotion and to continue learning.
To be an inspiration to staff and students alike.
