Our client has 8 private care homes in total based across the South East. They offer residential, nursing and dementia care services for the Elderly.

They are currently recruiting for an experienced Home Manager for their purpose built 77 bedded home in Guildford, Surrey. They are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic leader to join their team. The home caters for Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care.

It’s a full time position of 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday, although the Manager has too be flexible to meet the needs of the business. The company are offering a salary between £40-50k depending on experience and qualifications.

They are looking for the new Manager to start in May 2010 for a 1 month handover with the present Manager who is leaving in June 2010.

The candidates must be a registered Manager and ideally previous experience of Managing a large home with experience of filling beds. A qualified and registered Nurse would also be desirable.
