The whole area has a very village feel to it. Many people ride their bikes and the kids are encouraged to ride and walk to school. We are located 5 mins walk from Molesey Heath where people walk dogs and take the kids to explore and it lends itself to a reservoir for professional and social boating. There is a small lake in the Heath aswell which is very pretty. The area is just full of Commons and Heaths! Plenty for the kids to do. Apps Court Farm Car Boot which has featured in many an antique programme is a 20 min walk or 5 mins by car. There are just 9 flats in the block with stairway access only. We have our own private enclosed balcony with access from Sitting Room, Main Bedroom and Small Bedroom. Each tenant also has their own shed in the communal area and also access to clothes drying facilities in the compound. Additionally we have ample storage cupboard space in the flat and just outside the front door.

There are large communal front and back gardens which are maintained by the council and tenants alike. The neighbours are friendly and in the Summer have bbq's & gatherings.

New Kitchen & Bathroom installed Feb 09. Flat re-decorated throughout over the last year.
