We are looking for a first line customer service operator.

Please note this is a part-time position which may suit someone who already has a job/studies but wants to add a second income.

Estimated hours per week: between 10 and 15 (extra shifts will be available when cover is required)

Experience required:
- Dealing with customers
- Confident telephone manner
- Using Microsoft packages
- Basic knowledge of Wireless internet connection
- Handling a variety of customer problems effectively
- Be comfortable using their own initiative

The job is supporting wifi access therefore any further knowledge in this area would be beneficial.

Pay: £6.50 per hour.

Please note shifts run from 6 in the morning. Also this is a long term position, not temporary.
