Hi there,

My name's Melody and I'm looking for a Nanny or Mothers' help role for around 15-20 hours over 2 days - ideally Mondays and Fridays. I'm currently a Nanny for a family with 2 children on the other days.

I'm 23 years old, I drive and own my own car with a clean licence. I am a confident driver and a non smoker.

I'm in the process of applying to study for a PGCE in Primary - hoping to start next September, so I'm available for 11 months.

I volunteered at a local infant school for 6 weeks to gain classroom experience. But I have worked as a nanny previous to and during my undergraduate studies.

My experience with children spans from 6 months - 10years age range. I have worked with special needs - ADHD, Autism and Cerebral Palsy.

I hold a valid CRB check certificate. I have been First Aid trained, and I have also completed a Foundation Course in Makaton sign language.

I'm happy to muck-in in all aspects of childcare, and also willing to do some housework too. I'm a keen baker, and love arts & crafts and outdoors activities!

As a Nanny I entertained the children with activities, created a stimulating environment for the children to learn, helped with feeding, general nursery duties and ensuring the children were safe at all times. I also encouraged reading and writing. I also like to take the children on outings to the park, the beach, zoo etc.

I have great references from both employers and character referees.
