There is a property on Old Farm Road which is a sure disaster.
If you dont believe it, ask the person letting it about two things:
1. Hot water and heating
2. How much excess bills unlucky tenants had to pay for that heating and water they did not use

1. The boiler doesnt work properly and the landlord will not tell you about it nor fix it!
Everytime you wanna have a shower or need hot water at all e.g for washing dishes, you have to go downstairs to the boiler and spend a few minutes restarting it. If you are lucky, it comes on and stays on and 30 minutes later you can take a shower in the helplessly filthy bathroom.

If you are not so lucky which is usually when you have an appointment or need a shower badly, the boiler never comes on and if you continue trying, it shuts down completely. The main electric power needs to be reset in order for you to continue trying. That wouldn't be so bad if the main power switch was not in another tenant's room. If the tenant is not home, you will have to take a cold shower or not at all.
and oh, no matter how much you keep to yourself, that tenant usually finds something wrong, like accusing you of using his tv(he's probably delirious), telling you you are rude parking where he parks etc???

2. The landlord tells you that a certain amount of your rent is dedicated to bills, but this amount will be exceeded by 60% therefore, don't think you will ever get your full deposit back(if u stay long enough, u will lose all your deposit and may even be asked to pay when you leave).

3. The landlord only wants to make money and does not care how you live. She will breach the contract and you will end up losing your deposit for a silly reason but you can claim your money back if you have time and money to waste on legal actions.

4. The house isnt worth the money in the first place and you should stay away if you know whats good for you.
