We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie who has the talent and ability to prepare and produce high quality food for the Event & Airline Catering business in Heathrow, which is currently producing 8000 sophisticated gourmet meals for premium class passengers on a daily basis.
Job Role
• Providing first class client services, by providing first-class food on time
• Meeting the requirement of hygiene
• Keeping the food cost under control
• Quality checks of delivered goods
• Introducing and instructing the Kitchen Assistants in quality and hygiene standards
Candidate
• Previous experience working with fresh, quality food in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to stay calm when put under pressure
• Proactive, flexible attitude, team approach and interest in the Company’s work
• High level of presentation in work and appearance
• Enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated and a hands-on approach
