Professional football club in Hampshire requires (qualified or nearly qualified) individuals looking to gain experience in working with elite athletes.

Positions are offered on a voluntary basis but will give the most suitable applicants a fantastic opportunity to obtain experience in a competitive sporting environment and add credibility to a CV.

All positions would require approximately 4 hours a week.

3 positions are currently available:

Match Analyst:
Required to film matches on a saturday and to edit sections for management and staff. May suit a Media or sports science student with experience.

Sports Massage Therapist:
Required to treat players post match/training as part of the recovery strategy used by the team. Would be ideal for someone needing to gain hours to complete qualifications.

Physiotherapist/Sports therapist:
Required to assist with the assessment and treatment of injured players and work closely with the Sports Scientist to get players back to optimum fitness levels as safely and quickly as possible.

Experience of working in football would be advantageous but is not a pre requisite. The roles are offered on a temporary basis to begin with but successful applicants may well be offered permanent roles in the future..
