1 bed available a larger double, can be fully furnished if necessary. 2 brand new bathrooms both with showers and a reasonably large lounge and kitchen I have most things available, internet, sky etc. House is 5 mins walk from Ash station (Gatwick Guildford Reading) and 5 mins drive from Ash Vale station (Woking Waterloo etc)

Males and females welcome, the most important thing is that you are easy to get along with and will fit in comfortably with my existing 2 female housemates who are ace.
I am happy as long as the place looks good and my house is respected! You need to be relaxed and fun and a good laugh Would prefer professionals but Im fairly easy going (once again as long as the place is respected!) My expectations will be clear and fair, but otherwise you can make yourself at home!

So...if you are prepared to do your bit it will be an awesome houseshare.
