Better at Home is a rapidly growing domiciliary care business in Surrey. We help vulnerable adults (mainly the elderly) in their own homes to retain their independence and avoid going into nursing homes.

We provide support and assistance to our clients specific to their needs but general tasks may involve companionship, meal preparation, assistance with washing and dressing and other personal care tasks.
You need to have compassion and empathy, your own car and good communication skills. Previous experience and NVQ2 is preferred but not essential.

We have weekday, weekend, morning, evening and sleep over work available. We have vacancies for Carers NOW in Guildford, Woking, Esher, Byfleet, Weybridge, Chobham, Addlestone & all surrounding areas.

Our rates of pay are:

from £7.30-£8.80 per hour weekday
from £9.07-£10.62 per hour Saturdays
from £10.85-£12.45 per hour Sundays

In addition to the pay rates quoted above you will receive holiday pay, full training, and a mileage allowance.
