What we teach:

Having studied Jeet Kune Do with different instructors, each with a different perspective on JKD, a fusion of idea's, concepts and techniques have been continuously developed to create a dynamic and exciting syllabus......... the essence of Jeet Kune Do!

Our methods include kicking and striking pads to develop power and precision emphasizing correct body mechanics in conjunction with partner drills to heighten your counter and defence skills. Particular emphasis is placed on blending ranges, moving from long range kicking to close range punching and grappling as developed and practised by Bruce Lee.

The Progressive Fighting Methods Academy will give you a well rounded view on fighting and help you to develop your own understanding and awareness of martial arts in general. You will learn how to become a well rounded, proficient martial artist, learning weaponry, kicking, punching, trapping, grappling and much more.

As well as learning martial art's you will also benefit from:

Increased fitness including: strength, stamina, speed, timing, flexibility and general well-being
Increased belief in yourself and of your abilities which will give you greater confidence
