Learn how to pole dance on a 6 week course for complete Beginners . The course will introduce all aspects of pole dancing, including the tricks / spins, floorwork, poses and the pole dance steps that link it all together. Don't worry, age, shape and size is irrelevant, all women are welcome to take part if you've always wanted to give it a go! There is no nudity or stripping involved and no spectators.

Pole dancing is known for gradually increasing body tone, confidence, strength, poise and flexibility and gives you a kick ass new skill that will wow your friends :-) It's a more sociable and fun alternative to the gym. Bring your heels or trainers.

Course taught by an ex-professional pole dancer now running Surrey's longest established pole dancing school.

Come prepared for physical exertions and a laugh! Small, friendly classes, held in Kingston, Richmond, Epsom, Sutton, Guildford, or your address.
