An ideal background would be someone who has either dealt with Lloyd's of London business previously, or has worked for a Lloyd's Insurance Brokers.

This is a small but extremely professional team. They have a work hard play hard mentality. You will be technically competent, experienced, and with focus on offering a superlative service to your clients. There is opportunity to travel within this role, if you demonstrate that you have new business skills.

This is an independently owned set-up and the office is small but extremely well equipped and a very pleasant environment to work in. The team is also small, and close knit and obviously the personality blend will be vital. Therefore someone who is used to working in a team environment would be more suited to this role than an out and out loner.
