The Company:

Our client, a leading company in the outsourcing industry, is currently recruiting for a Spanish, German or Italian speaking Helpdesk Agents.

The Role:

-First line email technical support and customer service to a wide customer base
-Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of software problems
-Helping customers with all aspects of purchasing and product queries
-Supporting Spanish, German or Italian users within an English speaking workplace
-Providing support on all aspects of Windows and Mac platforms
-Actively contributing to online forums and knowledge base articles
-Taking ownership of problems through escalation procedure
-Developing excellent customer and colleague relationships
-Problem solving with customers to assist in speedy resolution of their queries
-Updating the internal call-management system to track procedures
-General administrative and back-office duties to be completes as required

Candidate Profile:

-Enthusiastic about assisting customers with their queries/problems
-Listening and working collaboratively with clients
-Excellent communication skills and good people-handling skills
-In depth knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems
-Written and spoken fluency in Italian, Spanish or German
-Translating technical language into day to day language
-Enthusiastic about finding long term solutions
-Ready to help colleagues when they need support
-Willing and eager to learn new technologies
-Creative in finding solutions to problems
