Flexible hours for part time book keeper / accounts Administrator. Immediate start date - may work from home or at our offices in Aldershot/Guildford
The position would suit someone with considerable knowledge and organisational skills - this is not a job for someone with minimal experience
Role overview: carrying out credit control and general book keeping roles required for a small business.
Reporting directly to the MD, the role will involve all aspects of accounting.
Sales and Purchase administration roles and general office duties.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Carrying out general book keeping duties.
Month end accounting processes including payroll, expenses
Carrying out credit control and debtors management processes.
In charge of all receipting and maintaining up-to-date accounts receivables and petty cash records.
Producing bank reconciliations and cash flow reports.
Sound skills and knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures
Good spreadsheet application skills and knowledge and experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise work
