I am a single professional male and work full time in Guildford. Currently i live in London, but am now looking to move to Guildford to cut the commute out of my life. I am a none smoker.

I am looking for a large double bedroom in a friendly house share (ideally not more than 3 or 4 people) in the Guildford area. It would be great if it is walkable or no more than 15 minutes on the bike to the centre of town.

Would prefer a house with garden and a place to store my bicycle over night.

Must have Broadband internet or the possibility to get it and it would be great if Sky Sports was available (but not a must have)!

I am looking to move at or around the 30th of December but can do up to the 3rd of January.
