How am I going to be too honest? Well here we go. All through my 20s and into my early 30s I suffered from Ocd. If you do not know what this is then there are plenty of websites but I suspect most people will have some idea even if they are ignorant of the true facts. Due to my own embarrassment and the stigma any illness like this has I ignored it till it effected my work and life in general.
