About 10/15 mins by road from Guildford and/or Godalming. A3 only 1 min away for routes to London and Portsmouth.
Bus 46 passes end of road to Guildford and Godalming.
Guildford has cinema, theatres, pubs, restaurants, university, colleges, shops leisure centres etc, so no shortage of interest.
Rail links to London and Portsmouth from Farncombe (about 5 mins by car).

Rent (negotiable) includes part share of utilities, not council tax and not the phone.
Will suit professional female who does not mind sharing cleaning duties (!) and someone who also loves cats - Dumble is a gorgeous British Blue and loves his new home.
