Hi, I have been a head technician for a well known computer company for a few years now and have decided to move into another field of the computer industry.
I believe many people have insufficient security on their home machines and furthermore, lack the knowledge to keep themselves and/or their children safe when using the internet. With so many antivirus programmes and firewalls out there, not to mention the spyware programmes. I am not surprised that so many people are vulnerable and need pointing in the right directions.
Virus creators are getting more and more inventive with the means of delivering their virus’s to home users. An example recently would be the face book virus which looks like a harmless video but when you click on the hyperlink its bye bye password and potentially your face book account.
To be honest that is the least of most computer users’ worries, Facebook, but imagine someone gaining access to your internet banking details, for example.

Repair services are also available with a Windows reload always being the last resort rather than the "quick fix" that so many other companies would rather do. Keep in mind that a full reload of windows XP with all the patches and security updates can take a few hours and convert them hours into charges, it will get expensive.


I will always try and complete repairs in your home or office.
The training and educational side of it will obviously be done in the comfort of your own home.
