We currently have a number of openings for positions as Recruitment Consultant and Team Lead to join our successful and rapidly expanding team based in our central Guildford HQ, within a motivated yet highly enjoyable environment.

Applicants should come from a Recruitment background with a proven track record of consistent billing; however applications from candidates with industry-relevant Telesales experience will be accepted.

You will be a good team player, able to organise and prioritise, a problem solver, able to work to deadlines and targets, enjoy responsibility and successfully able to deliver at times of high-pressure. You must also have a good sense of humour.
