I like running but I get so bored of doing it on my own and usually get bored mid run and lose interest. I usually run between 1 mile and 6 miles, depending how I feel that day, but I don't mind what pace or distance you run at. I sometimes run around stoke park, or along the canal most nights of the week. Let me know if you are also bored of running alone!
