Our client is a vibrant recruitment company based in the education sector. Due to rapid growth and expansion they are looking to appoint a recruitment consultant to join their team in their plush office. The role will involve sourcing, contacting, vetting, interviewing and registering all prospective candidates. You will be required to canvass prospective clients, build new client relationships and develop your own recruitment desk. They are looking to appoint professional and target driven recruitment consultants. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential. You must be able to work as part of a team to contribute to overall team goals whilst meeting individually set sales targets. They will consider applications from experienced recruitment consultants from any sector as well as applications from graduates without recruitment experience.
