I am competent to answer any questions related to health and well being too as I have knowledge about fitness, so can assist you in enhancing your performance at the gym with the right foods to consume before and after a workout, as well as dispelling any myths about dieting such as: does dieting really make one fat?.........is it necessary to detox?......can I eat eggs if I have high cholesterol?
