A room will be available from 1st November in a houseshare in Central Guildford. House is ideally located in central guildford, 2mins walk from the station and two more to town centre. Also right side of town for access to A3 / A31.

Sharing with two professionals, house is well furnished and has seperate lounge and dining room. With only three people in total there is little falling over each other.

Room is furnished and contains a single futon, however all furnishings can be removed if you wish to bring your own belongings. Would suit a professional male/female aged 26-36. Probably not for newly graduated and no couples - (friends to stay over is not a problem - just not every night!)
