I have been a PT for 20 years with a wealth of experience and heaps of enthusiasm and motivational ideas. I only take on people who genuinely want to achieve their goal as training requires dedication, availability and money! I can guarantee to get you where you want to go (reasonable goals!) but I don't give refunds or take on the feinthearted. Life coaching comes as part of the package.
I am happy teaching older clients with back problems too, as well as outdoors training.
