We are a friendly couple with a spare room. We have been let down badly by our previous lodger and so now we need someone to help pay the rent. Short or long term.

The rent is all inclusive. A deposit will be required - amount will vary depending on your length of stay, please contact me for details.

We are both smokers and we have a cat.
