Our client, a large international company, is seeking to recruit a French AND Dutch Speaking Customer Helpdesk Agent for their office based in Surrey
The Job Role
To provide functional support and training to external clients using online platforms, and escalating where appropriate to 2nd line support. You will be working with direct and indirect customers, effectively dealing with their queries and issues to ensure they are resolved in accordance with the agreed level agreements.
Responsibilities:
• To provide a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
• To ensure all support calls and emails are answered and resolved and logged appropriately.
• To have a sound knowledge of all our clients online platforms, understanding their use and functionality. To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
• To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training.
• To train clients in the use of our clients online platforms.
• To act as a single point of contact for Bureau project clients and candidates, ensuring client deadlines are adhered to for receipt of candidate reports and project updates.
• To interact daily with the Bureau fulfilment team, ensuring all work request forms for Bureau Project Work are fully completed by the client.
• To ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged
• To ensure any leads are forwarded to the relevant Account manager or Client Support for follow up.
• To undergo regular coaching sessions and 1-2-1s with the IT Helpdesk manager.
• To work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues
• To organise own time effectively and create own work schedules
• To support the Technology Solutions team in the testing of products on the online platforms
• To attend regular training on all new platform updates and enhancements.
The Candidate
• Fluent English, French and Dutch
• Excellent IT skills
• At least 6 months customer service/helpdesk experience
• Team player
• Good analysis skills, happy to follow instructions and procedures
• Able to cope with pressure and setbacks
• Experience in delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
Salary: £20k, annul bonus up to 20%

The hours of work are 36.25 per week with either a 7.30am, 9am or 11.45am start. Each shift lasts 8.15hrs (7.15hrs if you take out lunch) and the 11.45am start is on a rota of 1 every 10 weeks
