Hi, I am looking for 1-2 days per week farm work in the local area to compliment my main income and to get some exercise while I do it.

I have experience of driving tractors and 7.5 tonne trucks, am very practical and willing to work hard, can turn my hand to most things with minimal instruction.

Just looking for a break from sitting in front of a computer and would really enjoy the opportunity to get involved with a local farm.
