The Company:

Our client, a leading company in the outsourcing industry, is currently recruiting for fluent speakers of Czech, to fill the role of Multilingual Customer Leads Coordinator.

The Role:

The Multilingual Leads Coordinators are responsible for:

-Delivering an excellent customer experience through making outbound calls
-Establishing contact with customers who are interested in making a purchase
-Qualifying leads in the relevant country, monitoring sales process from start to finish
-Building and maintaining strong relations with local Account Managers and Dealers
-Ensuring that all customers are dealt with in a professional and polite manner
-Supplying high quality service in line with processes and procedures
-Complying with all company and client security requirements or policies

Candidate Profile:

-Motivated and enthusiastic
-Good telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills
-Competence in MS Office
-Ability to use phone and computer desktop systems
-Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills
-Customer service and questioning skills
-Self-organised with the ability to plan and prioritize workload
-A strong problem solver
