I have a room to let in a clean and friendly house. Ideally I'd like to rent the room to another professional person, but would consider a student.

The house is in a quiet area with space to park. The town centre and station are both a 10 minute walk. There is a garden and patio, kitchen, lounge and bathroom all of which are shared. There is Sky and wireless broadband.
