Great Single Room available 15 minute walk from Town centre (£370 pcm)

The time has come for me to move from Woking into London and so we are looking for someone great to take my place in our wonderful home, that's centrally located 10-15 mins walk to Woking town centre & Station --- we need a great new housemate to share our home!
The Room: is a single room on the 1st floor of the house. It has a single bed, a wardrobe and a set of drawers.
The House: is also newly renovated and has all new double glazed windows, there is a open plan lounge/kitchen, has 2 full bathrooms and has 3 other bedrooms with wooden floors throughout. We also have an 'outdoor' lounge with sofa's under cover on the back deck, a BBQ area, fish ponds (and about 20 Gold Fish) and a fire pit for bonfires! There is even a beer fridge at the bottom of the garden for parties- yippee.
We have central heating and flow through hot water, which has great pressure. There is a large screen TV, DVD, SKY, and access to wireless broadband! The bills are not included, and come to about £50pp/pcm.
The Housemates: There are 2 girls and a guy. One girl works in IT/recruitment and is from South Africa, the other girl works in Woking town centre as an optometrist and is from England. The guy works in IT/recruitment and is also from South Africa. We are a friendly bunch that enjoys hanging out with a glass of wine for a chat, or a BBQ in summer!
What they are looking for:
We would like to 'recruit' a friendly professional person (no couples or Students please) who likes to socialise and have fun, but also likes a quite night in. You will need to enjoy shared living and all it means (doing own dishes and being considerate etc). It is important that we get the right person for the place, not necessarily male or female ... just that you are a good fit for the place!
